We did these for Kumori-Con 2010, and, though they were a lot of work (to make AND wear) we thoroughly enjoyed wearing them. They are based off Riddler and Harvey Two-Face Dent from Batman universe, Specifically Batman Forever, which is an awful movie, but full of campy deliciousness. We simply took the idea of those characters and converted them to sexy women.
and the joker was done by a good friend of mine who has wanted to to that costume for ages. It was a sort of self-designed post-apocolypse/riot-gear joker. It was really cool, and hand some amazing designs on it, done by him.
